About Savor the Flavur and Our Mission

Our Story

At Savor the Flavur, food is more than a meal—it’s an experience. What started as a passion for comfort and bold, unforgettable taste has grown into a food service dedicated to bringing people together through the power of flavur. From our signature salmon bites to our crispy Southern fried chicken, every dish is crafted with care, seasoned with love, and served with pride. I believe flavur should tell a story—one that celebrates tradition, sparks joy, and creates moments worth sharing. Whether catering a special occasion, fueling game day, or serving up comfort food classics, we’re here to make every bite memorable.

At Savor the Flavur, we’re not just serving food—we’re creating connections, memories, and moments you’ll truly savor.

Savor the Flavur – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Order Minimums

  • Plated Catering Service: Minimum of 25 guests required.
     
  • Individual Meal Orders: Minimum of $50 total order value for delivery.
     
  • Smaller orders may be accepted for pick-up only based on availability.
     

2. Booking & Deposit

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your catering event date.
     
  • Balance is due 5 business days prior to the event.
     
  • Individual meal orders must be paid in full at the time of order.
     
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.
     

3. Lead Time

  • Plated or Large Catering Orders: Require at least 14 business days’ notice.
     
  • Individual or Small Orders: Must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
     
  • Rush orders may be accepted depending on schedule availability.
     

4. Final Guest Count & Adjustments

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
     
  • Any additional guests or changes after confirmation may increase your total cost.
     
  • Reductions in count after the final date cannot be refunded.
     

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Catering/Plated Orders:

    • Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the event may receive a partial credit (valid for 90 days).
       
    • Cancellations made within 10 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
       
    • No refunds for same-day cancellations or reduced guest counts after confirmation.
       
  • Individual Orders:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery forfeit payment.
       
    • Orders canceled more than 24 hours in advance may receive a credit toward a future order.
       

6. Menu & Substitutions

  • All menu selections must be finalized 10 days prior to events or 24 hours prior to individual meal orders.
     
  • Savor the Flavur reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions in case of market shortages or supply issues.
     

7. Delivery & Service

  • Individual Orders: Delivery available within service area for an additional fee based on distance.
     
  • Catering/Plated Events: Includes delivery, setup, and staffing as specified in your event package.
     
  • Pickup Orders: Must be picked up at the agreed time; late pickups beyond 30 minutes may incur a holding fee.
     

8. Equipment & Rentals

  • Catering setups using Savor the Flavur’s equipment must be returned in good condition.
     
  • Lost or damaged items will be billed at replacement value.
     

9. Food Safety

  • All prepared food is meant to be consumed within 2 hours of delivery or service.
     
  • Savor the Flavur is not responsible for food safety once food leaves our care or is stored improperly after delivery.
     

10. Payments

  • Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, CashApp, or Company Check.
     
  • A 3% processing fee may apply to electronic payments.
     
  • Full payment must be received before delivery or service unless prior arrangements are approved.
     

11. Dietary Accommodations

  • We gladly offer vegetarian, gluten-free, or allergy-sensitive options upon request.
     
  • Please notify us of all dietary restrictions at least 7 days before catering or 24 hours before individual orders.
     

12. Liability

  • Savor the Flavur is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue access, etc.).
     
  • Client is responsible for any venue damages or losses incurred during service.
     

13. Agreement

By placing an order (individual meal, pickup, or catering service) with Savor the Flavur, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
